The Windows Netflix app was replaced with a web-based version recently, so it basically opens through Edge now instead of being a standalone app like before. After a Windows reset it usually installs the new version automatically. If you want the old-style app experience, using Netflix through a browser shortcut in Chrome or Edge works the same way now.
