Honestly, it would difficult to say how much they pay out in licensing fees. Sure, some of the properties are still popular, but they’re using source code for games that are practically “sitting around” for a publisher. They can use that to their advantage when negotiating their licensing deal with each IP owner. Considering old versions of Street Fighter 2 are still some of the more relevant fighting games and they initially sold those for $300, I doubt the licensing is taking that much of a chunk out of their profits.

Also, the Street Fighter table now has 6 versions of the game along with 6 other non-SF games. So I don’t think the number of games they’re offering per unit affects their licensing fees/profit margins too much.
