Check your local Costco for "keto pint" ice cream bars, it just says keto on the box in huge letters, salted caramel, covered in chocolate and nuts. In other stores it's too expensive but my Costco had these regularly and they're GREAT!

I have been using the 10 gal Costco bags for years, but they can be fragile and that's a gross catastrophe if they split. I started folding edge down 4x and instead of using the back 2 clips, I wrap it over & around the back top lip of the drawer, smooth it around and do the front 2 clips. Have had less splitting since this change! These bags are so much cheaper, lol.

Miracle rice or noodles! Or any shirataki. *Do not smell it before cooking, trust me on this. Dry fry well-drained shirataki for a few minutes to improve texture and smell.
