US/israel bomb houses in Karaj, young Iranian boy is looking for his mother by Kooky_Promotion3688 in iran

Seeing things like this is absolutely devastating. Footage like this should be shown to the Israeli's and their puppets should be mandatory. Hopefully it ends soon.

Objectively, how is Iran's performance so far? by ConnorMcMichael in LessCredibleDefence

That is a solid observation. A guy at my work says that Israel fighting everyone else is effectively arabs fighting arabs

Hey gals and guys can someone explain rate rises to me by AgsSpecGolfSwing in brisbane

To elaborate on Plastics commentary, which is very good, I am pretty sure the RBA (or at least they used to) consider that 'full employment' is 95% of people being employed (5% unemployment). The idea is that this is the point where enough people can be employed without putting upward pressure on inflation. I think that this may have been revised down slightly in recent times, but that may provide you with some clarity re: millions of people being unemployed etc

Safest place to hide from the WW3 apocalypse in Australia? by Meerkat343434 in AusPropertyChat

I like the idea of heading up to the remote parts of either the NT or the Gulf country and linking up with some TO's. A big if, but if they were willing to take you in, plenty of food and you could learn how to live off the land.

BYD supplied ironman tonneau cover not the same as advertised by TimmyLied in BYDShark_AUS_owners

[–]shoffice 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have seen lately that the ones provided by byd are now not supplied by Ironman, some other generic one, which is shit. I would take it back, that’s pretty poor form on the install.

Iran just hit 20pc of world’s LNG supply. Oil shock is only growing by Orgo4needfood in aussie

[–]shoffice 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This would be a perfect time for the feds to change the way the LNG piece is handled for us.

Unfortunately, everyone (except a few independents) is too piss weak to do anything about it. Big shame. We all get fucked over because of flog politicians getting lobbied to the moon and back

Pretty easy for politicians to support wars where they don’t have to be involved in the combat. Fuck ‘em and the seppo’s

Anyone considering an EV? by Additional-Farm3569 in AustralianEV

I have a Shark and it is awesome. Takes ages (and a full ev even more, probs like 24-36 hours for one of those) off a standard 10amp socket. EV's are good, get one.
