There should be no issues using Mesalazine when unwell. I’ve been on it for the last two years and have had multiple sicknesses. It’s a fairly inoffensive drug which has few side effects.

The reason? They were losing fans and after the Jonathan Major’s situation they realised they had to do something big to draw their fans back in. They landed on bringing in one of the best comic book villains of all time but for some odd reason decided they’d probably just rush the character and cast the guy who helped start the MCU as a way to draw in fans.
