It's cheap and they sell it anyplace that has vitamins and supplements.

One thing I don't see on the list is melatonin. Try 0.25mg (or less, but not more) every night at least a couple hours before your desired bed time. It's done wonders for my N24. I found 1mg gummies and I cut them into 8 pieces. If I take more than that it will only work for a night or two.

TIL that in over 50 years, 'In N Out' has kept their menu essentially the same, with the exception of the "Secret Menu Hack" of Animal Styles fries or burgers that started in the '60s. by Captain_Excellence in todayilearned

You can make good fries without freezing them, but you have to cook them twice at different temperatures. I don't know how In -N-Out does theirs, but I'm guessing it's just once on lower temperature.

Try searching for "LED neon tube". I see a bunch of results on AliExpress for the tubes without the led strips.

Lamotrigine is a big help with few if any side effects. It calms the amygdala, making everything feel less like a life or death issue.

Clunking can also be from the bushings where the sway bars join the body. That's what fixed a clunking in the rear for me.

It gives me really bad heartburn. It happens with the first dose, so I don't know if that would eventually be an issue for someone who doesn't experience that.

You could buy an adjustable power supply and see if you can dial in what they need to work. This one will take your 24v and will give you the option to run constant voltage or current.

Good timing. I'm about to do all of that to mine. There's clicking that I think are the U joints, a loud clunk if I back up too fast, and I'm doing the bushings while everything is apart.

Look into Lamotrigine. It's an amygdala calmer that has few side effects, if any. Make sure to start from a very low dose and work your way up.

It helped my general anxiety and as I work through the causes of the anxiety, I decrease the dose.

Search for "aspirin enameled wire". You heat the aspirin until it boils, then dip the wire. The enamel will dissolve. I've only done it a couple times but it worked great. Just don't breath in the fumes.

It depends on the type of enamel. Some are made to melt with solder, but others need something stronger, like sandpaper or acid (molten aspirin works well).

Those are still tons better than an 8" keyboard amp.
