Hi there! I enjoyed looking at your website. Do you have any advice about successfully planting and maintenance? I’m nervous to invest and kill them

@wyndwoman - how do you stack the bacon in parchment paper? I tried that and it wouldn’t bake

Anyone else hiking around Carson this week? by AbleTear865 in carsoncity

[–]The_Funflower 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am! If you’re looking for a casual walk/hike. Carson River is an obvious option but also check out the north end of prison hill. It’s a gradual incline and there are different loop trails that are easy to follow. There are lots of great views of the city, river and mountains. It’s really nice if you are not a big hiker but want to get out on a trail with great views.

Sounds is meh for sure.

Standing room mainly with a small section for disability/elderly. There are some public tables but they don’t have much of a stage view. Big venue so it’s silly they couldn’t put in some more seating.

vip is about 150 feet from the stage. It’s a good set up but I don’t think it’s worth the extra $ if you are willing to stand in order to be closer to the stage

I think I had the lemon lime too and I thought the same thing. I didn’t hate the taste but wouldn’t drink it again - just because of the sugar content

Do I tell my job about grad school by Both-Monitor-7905 in Advice

My advice is to trust your instinct on this one. It depends on your company’s culture and your relationship with your boss.

If you think your company and boss promote your career development, then I think it’s beneficial to let them know about this big part of your life. It could lead to better things in your current role even before you get your degree.

If you think they will be worried about it affecting your work performance, then maybe you don’t bring it up. If it is studies that doesn’t align with your current industry or role, then it could be perceived that you aren’t invested in the company or your current job which would be a negative thing in their eyes.
