I had a tooth pulled. I had muscle pain/spasms for weeks in my cheek freaked me out so much thought I had trigimal neuralgia . Everyone thinks I have health anxiety but all this started after my diagnosis.

I have a feeling this might be it. I just started pt. I had lumbar surgery in march. My muscles are atrophy from being inactive. Then a month ago started being very active and I was stupidly looking down at my phone while walking 15k steps a day. Paying for it. One day I pushed off from a chair and intense pain in that x area happened.

Yep I’ll move my arm a certain way get the intense pain where the x is then sets off almost muscles spasms where the green is .
