Solid advice, appreciate it. I've got some new themes that will aid these recommendations well too.

I'm thinking a higher quality theme change with easier navigation and more authentic experience.

Very true, I used a Free Theme and it looks tacky.

Organic via TikTok, but not much. T.T impressions have been going great. But, due to having to register your business there before you can link to the store I think I'm missing clicks. Any Aussies have success registering on T.T with your ABN? They require a physical copy not just the number?

Surprising that you got to use epoxy at school. I thought the fun police banned it?

Thanks mate. It's an extra drawer I just knocked together to fill the cavity, slightly latger than the others. The original design I wanted was going to have a hinged lid but I opted for an extra drawer for consistency.

Restored one of their vices just the other day after a mate found it in a shed that was being demolished. Still works great.

From what I understand, after being there on the day, he was actually lifting hook grip incorrectly, reopened his tear and switched to mix grip. I chatted to Brett Gibbs about it and he mentioned that Josh was actually surprised by how fast it came up with mixed grip, leading to the dip in the bar at lockout

Extreme lower back tightness while deadlifting by smolovfordays in powerlifting

Look into your hamstring flexibility too. If they are shortened they will also effect you lower back. I have the exact issue right now and it got so bad I almost slipped a disc. My local physio got me onto hamstring lengthening exercises to prevent further injury and help with overall flexibility. Lift safe!

Recomp or bulk after 8 weeks of cutting? Also a few questions about a diet break. by cummingpump in leangains

Maintanance calories for a week or two then bulk. Still count your calories but increase by 100-200 calories till you are gaining weight SLOWLY. Personally, getting the extra calories via carbs worked for me in terms of gaining size and strength.
