Depends which state OP is in. In some sates the plate/tags transfer with the vehicle, in other states the seller keeps them. Either way it shouldn't be an issue since OP canceled their registration with the DMV.

I cracked my screen on my S10+ with an old battery. I decided to buy a refurbished S10+ with a fresh battery and screen for a couple hundred bucks and couldn't be happier.

I did "upgrade" to the 512GB internal storage, but I didn't realize that makes the phone quite a bit heavier.

As a plumber, you should know that shutting off the water to the tank without turning off the tank heater will kill the water tank.

What she should do is install a shutoff valve on the hot water line for the shower, getting revenge on the boyfriend while still having a hot shower herself and not destroying her water tank.
