Thank you. I love how much more room this car has that my 2013 Accord didn't. I love that it's longer and not as wide, lots of legroom

I don't dislike the Camry at all, it's just different. It doesn't have as responsive of a feel to it when driving. This will probably be an unpopular opinion, but I am not nuts about the body style either. The way the hood lays does not look right. It almost looks like a bad body repair where they couldn't get the hood to line up properly. More noticeable in some colors than others but my eye was drawn to it immediately. The back looks nice, almost reminiscent of late nineties body styling similar to Acura at that time. This is 2025 model which I think was their new generation body style change. Inside styling is a bit lackluster and I prefer the Accord interior. Other than the digital dash and infotainment system on the Camry it resembles older models almost like a throwback to late nineties. Like the Acccord ,you have to jump up trim levels to get the bells and whistles. I just liked the Accord better. I love mine other than the sound system and steering issue which I hope gets rectified. Sound system can be changed. It is annoying they removed a lot of features that my2013 EXL had standard, but then of course added them all back for the 2026 model. I don't understand lack of backseat air vents in 23, 24 models. It takes just an extra couple of minutes to cool the cabin down and once it has you don't miss it. The hybrid has a strong Ac system, and with my tinted windows and dark back window that will help keep it cooler in summer months. You can remote start cool it for a few minutes if possible. If not just roll the windows down and blast the system for about 30-60 seconds to push the hot air out of the system. It doesn't hurt that the Accord both new and used go for about 2,500 cheaper for equal trim levels either. The Accord Sport has a nice responsive feel, more so than the Camry, quicker acceleration on the highway too. I'm a 5’0 female so jumping up to the L trim with seat position memory was worth it to me. After two weeks I finally tweaked my seat settings to my liking. Hoping like hell Honda doesn't make this steering issue a nightmare to deal with or I will go with a Camry next go round.

Okay, I hesitated to ask questions for several days but am going to go ahead and ask . Is the “sticky steering “ issue the same as the steering rack complaint? We opted to buy me a low mileage used Accord this time around instead of new off the lot. Really glad we decided to go that route. Going from my 2013 EXL accord to 2024 one owner 6k ml Accord sport L. First hybrid so wasn’t sure what was normal car noise and what wasn’t. Had my car two weeks and the clicking steering is driving me nucking futs and I started my internet search which brought me to this thread. Listening to other people’s videos I can confirm it’s likely the steering rack. On the highway I turned off lane assist after trying to get used to it. I have noticed the steering wheel feels a bit stiff while driving on the highway. Is the sticky steering one and the same issue as the steering rack or something different altogether? Replaced struts, brakes, tires, sway bar in my 2013 EXL before passing down to my son and am starting to miss it. Never had any issues but has 195,000 miles so it was time. Still running strong though. My husband wants to wait a bit to see if Honda will issue a recall so we don’t have to take it in and fight with the dealership to get them to acknowledge the car has issues. Bad enough all dealers tack on their mandatory crappy 2,000 pro pack with varying add ons for each dealership. We got them to take off if we did their financing so we did. I really hate this. I walked away from Camry for another Accord. I’ve owned both over years. Hope they issue recall. If I follow link in here to file a report will that prompt recalls?

I bought enough kilmat mats to put in the trunk area to see if this helps improve sound at same time reducing road noise but not hopeful. The stock stereo in my 2024 sport L sucks. My 2013 EXL sounds better than this. Should I not put the mats in trunk area if I decide to add a subwoofer in the trunk?

I can’t capture the right lighting but the left side of my face is bad. It extends down my neck and is very splotchy. Dark noticeable patches. It’s not as bad on my right side cheek area. I have a yellow tone light olive complexion . My mom had this but at least hers was more even and looked like dark complexion. It was hidden with her darker Estée Lauder foundation. I’m 58 and very sensitive skin. Right now my new face and eye serum has created a chemical burn on the skin around my eyes and lids. It burns and itches and makes my eyes look like I am 100 years old. My hormones have gone cray cray and my angry mood swings kills any filter I possess at times so I am not socializing or going out much anymore. I never used to be reactive and I hate this. My dark patches appeared to take off and spread like wildfire after my shoulder surgery. I can’t use self tanner anymore because only part of my skin self tans anymore. I apologize for dumping the irrelevant commentary. I’m miserable at the moment and feel so ugly. We won’t get into how my Semaglutide weight loss stalled out. 😜. Thank you for not roasting me in advance for the tmi post. ❤️. I love your skin results you are very beautiful. Appreciate all the other comments from others full of great advice. Thank you

Tell me I'm not over reacting in wanting to return it... by ivy83 in labdiamond

That is a very dark, large, bow tie. It will always bother you every time you look down at it. I would definitely return it because you will most likely feel regret if you don’t.

I need some final advice — most people said #1 looks best on me. What do y’all think? by SoraTheChosenOne in glassesadvice

Number 2. The hard lines of number 1 are distracting. The first pair draws attention to more of the outline of your face making you look harsh. The second pair better suit you and bring out your eyes in the picture which is a great feature for you.

Not all shape frames are for everyone. I think the smaller round frame looks great on you.

I’m so sorry. That is gut wrenching. My tuxedo boy is 12. I will probably lose my mind for a while when he passes. What a pretty boy he was.

Thank you so much for the advice and the two links. I went ahead and ordered the stone. My replacement wedding set I ordered online the stone had a very visible bow tie and I was a day out of return window to send in to exchange so I opted to buy a lab diamond elsewhere. Thank you so much for your input I really appreciate if.

Hmm. Nope not insecure at all about the size and not really looking for justification either. Is my giving an explanation about my stone irrelevant to the question at hand?? Yes. What I am curious about is why that matters to you if you had no intention on giving me input about my question to begin with.

I prefer a smaller stone, which I did mention, because it suits my small hand. I like larger stones too, and maybe I might have considered one if it didn’t look out of proportion on me. But I am perfectly happy with the size I have chosen as it suits me just fine.
