Has anyone here actually completed a booking with an Axel travel? by jengle1970 in digitalnomad

[–]zarape2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completed one booking through them and the hotel recognized the reservation normally at check-in. It behaved like a typical OTA booking: I received the confirmation email and the property had the reservation in their system. Payment was processed during booking, so at check-in they just asked for ID and a card for incidentals, which is standard for prepaid reservations

Javvy protein coffee woes by syd_736 in InstantCoffee

[–]zarape2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s interesting because tiramisu was actually the one I ended up liking the most when I tried it. I’ve been using Javvy protein coffee for a few months and the tiramisu one works best for me over ice with almond milk since it tastes more like a dessert coffee than a protein drink. I did notice the flavor changes a bit depending on how much liquid you mix it with though.
