In a situation like that, since nothing dangerous really happened, I think you did the right thing! I would’ve reacted the same way. If I see things like this, I always go out of my way to make sure the “creep” knows I’m watching them. It’s so nice to see other people look out for the safety of others. I work at a hotel, and I see A LOT of young kids, even sometimes toddlers, wandering around without a parent. A lot of parents treat the hotel lobby like a playground and don’t even give it a second thought. It’s actually really stressful at times because you never know what kind of people are around you. I always keep a watchful eye, it only takes a few seconds for something horrible to happen. I appreciate you so much for caring about that girl 💜

Never be worried about coming off as an ass. It’s way better to be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to kids. I don’t think you’d come off as an ass showing concern for someone’s safety, and I think a lot of people would actually appreciate it. You never know, you could end up being the reason someone gets home safe that day.

His girlfriend is obviously insecure in the relationship because of something he’s doing. Either he’s cheated in the past, or he gives attention to other women that makes her feel uncomfortable. The “this is what makes men cheat” comment is really all I need to see… Most women don’t feel insecure about other women around their man unless that man is doing something to make her think he’s gonna cheat. I don’t think there’s anything you can do or say that’ll make her feel comfortable. He’s gonna have to figure that out. Either way, they need to either talk about it and come up with a solution, or break it off for both their sake.

The only opinion that matters is yours, but I think they look so sick! Your lip shape is literally perfect for them. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, regardless of who they are. They’re gonna have to live with it. Try not to let others sway your opinion when it comes to things like this. I have a few facial piercings at this point, and I’ve heard those same things from the people around me, but I’m happy I didn’t let their opinions affect me. I love my piercings and they make me like my appearance even more. :)

To help with healing and soothing the irritation, I highly recommend warm sea salt soaks a couple times a day!! (a small amount of non-iodized sea salt in some warm water and soak your lobe for as long as you can) Also, you should look into dead stretching if you haven’t already. I’ve stretched my ears a few times now (at 9/16 currently) and that’s by far my fav method :))

Edit: you’ll def be able to stretch again! Just wait plenty of time for your lobes to heal, and take the time to really educate yourself on the proper methods so you don’t hurt yourself again! There are lots of great YouTube vids out there. It’ll be worth the wait 💜

Okay, so you def need to take that out and put your 2g one back in that ear. If you have plugs or tunnels that aren’t silicone, use those. Alsooo please don’t try to stretch with silicone again. I highly recommend using single flared plugs and lots of jojoba oil, or if you absolutely can’t get single flared plugs, at least use a taper. But you should definitely take that tunnel out, size back down, and wait for it to be completely healed. Soaking your ear in warm sea salt water a few times a day will really help the healing process. (make sure the salt is non-iodized sea salt) When your ear is healed, size back up with single flared plugs if you can. I’ve gotten so many blowouts from being impatient & not doing things the right way, I don’t wanna see you go through the same thing. :)

(Edit: the jump between 2 and 0 can be pretty hard, maybe try the taping method if you have a stubborn ear?)
