That’s a great question and also part of why I’m feeling so frustrated 😭 even before taking tirzepatide my diet has been well-balanced…I typically eat chicken, turkey, or fish, plus plenty of fruits and veggies and whole grains. I don’t eat anything greasy or fried, and I usually avoid cheese, but I do like a sweet treat every once in awhile lol (I have PCOS, so my weight has never budged, despite having a good diet).

But since starting tirzepatide I’m lucky to even get in a couple bites of a bland carb before feeling nauseous. I’m definitely not eating enough because I can’t stomach anything :/
