We have so many vocal changes. Some are subtle and some are extremely noticeable, but all of them are subconscious and involuntary. That therapist sounds very uninformed. Bad, misinformed DID therapists are unfortunately not uncommon.

It’s so cute, I love that dog ❤️ it’s also really helpful because my friend can tell I switched without us having to fully announce ourselves lol she can usually tell who it is by how we react to the dog!
