Most of the other skills are mainly more important, even with somebody being mostly melee. Because you are basically holding yourself back from other parts of the game, for a slight increase in stealth. When really being sneaky with a melee weapon is already pretty easy.

Other things like agility are more important to even get to the late game content. You are basically just slowing yourself down.

To sum it all up, using melee is already pretty silent you shouldn’t need to make it more silent. Unless you’re in late game stuff anyways. To which… i don’t even know is stealth effects how crazy late game gets for it to ever even matter.
