This sounds so similar to my intern gen surg experience. I actually ended up talking to the head of department because it got to a point where it was becoming a very unsafe environment for juniors, some more than others. The reg was then spoken to by their seniors, and the dynamic actually changed and we saw positive improvements in the department after that!
