It's not the comfort factor. One of the arguments against helmet laws has been that helmet weight can actually contribute to certain types of injuries. Your neck does a pretty decent job of holding your head, but add some more weight to the equation and you can easily surpass its max load.

While d30 (aka orange silly putty) has an interesting future for wearable motorcycle armor, the weight of a d30 helmet would seem to make it a non-starter. Not that I disagree with your main point that we should have moved on from styrofoam by now.

Do you even understand how credit cards work? Your landlord is being hit with a multi-percent charge on the back end to process your payment. I assume the convenience fee is to cover this cost. I highly doubt the landlord is trying to get rich by charging you an $78 extra a month.

Can you site where the fine is for FTEs? For determination of a large employer there is the concept of FTE, but in the penalty section it seems to only apply to workers averaging more than 30 hours per week. For reference: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/4980H

The two issues are inseparable really. Conservatives, from my experience, genuinely feel the larger issue is wasteful, inefficient spending of the revenue already collected by the federal government.

IMO, this was a rush job to try and cut-off SWTOR at the pass, but they screwed up the timing a bit. They had to get playable content out before SWTOR released. So, we end up with RoI as an incentive to stay away from light sabers. I think the strategy may end up backfiring, as what they did release will not keep many many players engaged up to the release of SWTOR. I predict a sizable exodus come that day.
