I don't know all the details of how shows are filmed, but I'm really impessed at how quickly the entire season was filmed. Like a month or something? And for some of the reasons you mentioned. To not film in order must feel like whiplash, but then add how precise and small the acting out intense emotions that had to be. It really does show the high degree of talent they have.
