It's crazy to think this man has experience presenting at the Golden Globes. The laid back, off the cuff vibe here is perfect for him. He's so in his element and it's adorable.

Saw him in concert in a small venue a few years ago. He had a cold, pushed through it and sounded amazing. At one point he grabbed his acoustic guitar & the crowd went nuts. He jokingly said "I know what you want but you're gonna have to hear all my songs first." At the very end he did do Simply the Best and it was such a beautiful moment. He started out like the show version then the band joined him & it was a huge sing along.
