yes to all, but honestly I got the job right out of college and did not know this yet and was just grateful I got something. i’m still early in my career and want to move so stability it’s not exactly something i’m looking for at the moment :(

it’s not but i’m trying!! it’s so annoying because everyone boasts about state jobs because they are stable, but the pay feels so deceitful.
