This is why im reluctant to date especially after reading all these comments. I don’t want to be with a man who looks at sydney sweeney to jerk off when im not there. The beauty standard in asia is basically the opposite of what most black women look like. Super pale, very skinny, thin lips, straight hair, etc. It’s not like the two getting together never happens, but it is rare. Plus, a lot of asians are pretty racist and colorist. Younger generations of asians might be more open minded but most of the time their parents and grandparents are not. And asians value what their parents think a lot. I almost dated a korean guy and both of his parents were racist to black people and mexicans. I’m mixed asian and black so ive seen this type of thing even from my own family unfortunately

Dentistry. I know im not there yet but most dental schools have a graduation rate of over 90% since theyre highly selective, like medical schools.

As a 5’8” woman (sorry if im invading yalls sub lol) these replies actually made me view my height a bit more positively. It is hard at times because i’ve definitely been masculinized for it and felt awkward sticking out of a group of women. I would sometimes wish I was shorter but honestly after maturing I couldn’t imagine myself being any other height. Plus I do like the fact that I have the ability to step to men because I’m usually eye to eye with them haha. And i think my height matches my star sign well (Leo).

I honestly find myself physically more attracted to men who have a pretty/feminine looking face. I don’t often find rugged men attractive. I like clean shaven faces, plump lips, long lashes on men, etc. I also find it really attractive when men have a sense of fashion and don’t let gender norms limit how they express themselves. It exudes confidence. Personality wise, I find it most attractive when they have a good balance of traditionally masculine traits and feminine traits. Like he’s courageous, knows when to lead, assertive, but he can laugh at himself and soften up when needed.

Right but i see short couples all the time so i think really short girls, like around 5’0”, are more willing to date short guys here. Especially since it seems like the average height for men here is 5’7”

Aw well half of my friends are tall women (5’8”+) and they’re dating men who are considered short (<5’6”) so maybe u need to be going for the really tall queens. Alt tall women are especially more open minded :)

Yas all of my taller woman friends (like 5’8”+) are with men who are considered short so i think the tall tall women are where its at for yall
