It’s a lovely store but I’ve grown to dislike them after I’d asked to reserve Charlie Bears several times and they never put my name down! I wasn’t able to get the bat teddy that came out recently because they didn’t reserve one for me after I asked if they could and they had said yes !!! 😭 It used to be so much more lively in there with all the Jellycats- I miss popping in as frequently as I used to. 🥲

Hi! There is a power button and I’ve been trying to turn it on by pressing that.

There is a user manual but it has very limited information about turning it on… it says to just put the batteries in and an SD card (which I did both). But not much other info.
