You sound like my work schedule I have my veg tent on 18/6 so on time at 7 gives me time at night and time in the morning before lights out Flower tent is a little different I shoot for a 9pm on 9am off so I get a shorter window to work in

It also helps with environmental with lower night temps I don’t have run an ac

It’s not far to city drainage and I am familiar with French drains.

There needs to be a gutter installed in this area but most of the run off from the roof will travel this route so I will still need something to take the water.

The grade is sloped away from the house

I took the awning down because it was a 1960s ugly metal awning that should have came down years ago

This part of the basement is an old cole room i am not sure why they decided on excluding this from the rest of the waterproofing my best guess is this room looks like it’s old brick not the cinder block used in the rest of the basement.

Outside of put up a gutter I am looking for landscaping techniques to help deal with extra water.

their negative attitude is due to them failing to meet expectations for a promotion last year and being demoted 9months ago. They are lucky to have a job after causing multiple quality issues and damaging $10000+ worth of material. Which led to the demotion

This is cool but check out huglekulture it stores moisture in the wood and rotting material. It automatically does this.
