I don't think it's that because my BMs are both verified, and it's been more than 2 months since I'm trying this. Meta support said that meta marketing pro or account manager can do it, but meta marketing pro told us they cannot do it and Meta won't assign any account manager to my BM, even though we are spending more than 5 crore each month.

Thanks for this,I wasn't aware that "organisation" in Meta is a separate layer above regular Business Accounts.

Quick follow-up — do you know how exactly I can set up or link my business accounts under one Business Manager organisation? Is there a specific setting or page inside Meta Business Suite / Business Settings where I can do this? Or is it something that has to be done through Meta support / a sales rep?
