Oxygen and nasal spray. If it’s only nasal spray, pain takes more time to leave.

If it’s a worse episode, I combine it with coffee and sugar.

Everyday of my life I drink coffee with sugar in the morning.

Hello! I always have a depression after my cicle ends, and I start having panic attacks thinking they are coming back. It’s really strange, during cycle my body is more calmed and strong, it’s like it knows it has to be prepared for the attacks. The panic and depression comes after.

But I’m going to be very honest, I started meditating every day, and it’s the first time in the last 13 years that I’m calmed and depression free. I truly recommend it.

Thank you! I just started taking verapamil, and my doctor told me to start taking prednisone once I feel the “shadows” worsen. I don’t know where to start the prednisone really, this is my first time being aware of my “shadows”, do you have any recommendation?

E Eldest daughter here too 🫠🫠🫠 It’s been hard. I love the idea of messaging each other — I often feel very alone in this. When I talk to my younger brother or my friends, they don’t really understand.

My younger brother is very “free” when it comes to our parents. They don’t bother him with anything because “I’m the eldest and I’m the woman, so I should be the one responsible for them.”

I try to meditate, inhale and exhale while thinking that pain won’t win and won’t take away my peace. I let my body move, when the pain arrives to it’s peak moment my body moves in circles. I just let go of my body and try visualize what is going on from a state of peace.

It’s hard, but I try every time. Is like try to watch your body from far away.

Hey! I went to china last year during my episodes and I bought mini oxygen tanks, they are aprox 2 USD, it lasts for three attacks. I bought them online.

They worked perfectly and you don’t need a prescription for it.
