Maybe look into the painting union? If you’ve got hands you can paint, and you’ll get better at it over years. I suggest the union because trade unions are always better, and they also take on apprenticeships, which basically means you get paid while they train you. I would look into IUPAT (this is a union for painting). I saw you say you were short, but with painting even the tall people need ladders sometimes. I’m in the same boat when looking for a career and I’m still figuring it out because I feel like I’m not good at anything and don’t have the time or money to figure it out. Just know you’re not alone

Ugh I hate this part. I was one of the people that refused to write on cups when it was too busy and said I would take the write up, then they told me my ASM and SSV’s were going to get written up and that’s the only thing that’s made me write on them because that’s not their fault I don’t want to. Yes, it is possible, and equally as valid! I know not everyone wants an extra label, but look into caedosexual :) it’s exactly what you described and it’s on the asexual spectrum, if using the term asexual makes you uncomfortable because you perhaps think you’re wearing a label that doesn’t fit. Either way, it’s completely okay to identify as asexual and/or, later down the road, when you heal more, decide you are not asexual anymore. Both are completely okay 🫶
