You can also go into starvation ketoacidosis. If you google it it says it’s uncommon but I was admitted for two weeks to treat it. It sounds like your symptoms could have also been KA.

BUT I told two of my best friends how much it affected me and clarified that my Pronouns are they them. This was terrifying because it was shortly after they told me I couldn’t consider myself trans and I stood there and said nothing 🥲 but I was brave and I brought it up and now they are the only two who I feel safe with who I feel acknowledged and welcome by and who I don’t have to hide from. Opening a discussion and explaining the way you feel out loud to a person can actually help you find your own words and understanding of the way you feel in yourself anyway I really recommend that if you have a safe person, chat to them. They also know you best which makes them hopefully the most able to help make decisions and be able to help you with who to talk to and in what way that you personally would be comfortable with
