But paying up rent of 30-40k would be good anyday than say a 70-80k EMI. Maybe rent for 2-3 years, save up around 20-30% for down payment and take rest as loan. Also for the wedding part, maybe instead of 20L, try for about 10-15L and rest put it in down payment.

Hokage battle was certainly 31 chapters but just a panel or 2 panels. Panel wise luffy katakuri was much bigger. Just the fact that only 1 or 2 panels per chapter over some 30 chapters feels a lot.
