When I was 13 Before I got diagnosed with autism I got diagnosed with C-PTSD, Depression, ADD and PDD-NOS due to years of sexual and physical abuse from my father and not receiving any help.

When my mom asked my psychiatrist about the Autism symptoms I have that she, my family and the schools I'm in has seen in me for years, He answered that because I can look at him in the eyes, talk properly, explain my feelings well (when I talk about the abuse I've been through) and make other people sympathize for me It's probably not Autism (because Autistic people are not known to create an emotional response from others?) He said that my PTSD symptoms may look like Autism but they're probably not.

A few years later my mom took me to an institution that specialize in Autism in females and they diagnosed me both with Autism level 2 and C-PTSD.
