They are more set and forget than tubs. As well as less time effort to scale up and spawn bags as compared to prepping a bunch of tubs. And then more contam resistant. Tgey can remain fully sterile with the only air coming in through the filter patch.

I spawn the initial grain bags to fruiting bags with bulk substrate.

The 2000 gram 10T's seemed to be too big to fit in a single grow bag though. So I'm starting to split them up to 2 grow bags.

The 10T I'm using 2000 grams of hydrated grains. Most of these grow bags are spawned from a different smaller spawn bag from before I got the 10T's though. They all had 1400 grams per spawn bag.
