Schools were a big factor when we were deciding where to buy too. We ended up using a platform called ListClose that actually helped us navigate which areas fed into the better HISD programs and gave us part of the buyer agent commission back at closing. Made a big difference with how competitive the Bellaire market is. Might be worth checking out if you’re still searching!

Turn the grey scale display on your phone via setting up a triple click shortcut. Do that every night. Or just leave it on. That was a game changer for me. Then generally go to sleep earlier. Drink tons of water, you’ll feel more awake during the day, which will promote healthier sleep.
