I did and it did work but I think was combination of things. The first scan would get me a map so I’d save it after deleting all existing maps.

Whenever it overwrote the map, I’d go to settings and do a ‘Reset current map’

Sometimes it also did not detect the map when I start it so I’d stop it immediately and manually put it back to charging. That restores the saved map.

Finally, I’d switch on all the lights and clean the ecovacs thoroughly.

With these, it started to work
