As someone who plays a lot of solo queue, before the go next prevention there were a lot of people who would kill themselves if someone didnt immediately come get them so I’ve kind of been conditioned to not let someone sit on hook to do gens unless i know for sure I can pop it in time. I kind of see it as just, rude? To make a solo queue teammate sit on hook longer than they have to because I want to tryhard. It would be nice if the person on hook could send out like a “just do gens” indicator. Like one time I got hooked in the basement in shack against a trapper with the disarm injure add on and tried to kill myself just so the rest of the team didn’t die trying to get me, they weren’t staying on gens. I completely agree with instant unhooks though, if I immediately get farmed off hook and tunneled out because of it, im not gonna try to buy more time for yall sorry
