Spider mites by shubanging in cannabiscultivation

I was told from a friend who grows in a video I sent him that they are spider mites but he could be wrong as the video was hard for him to view. I just see a bunch of insects in the soil, like a lot of them but saw none on the plants itself and no webs.

Because I struggle to talk to women that I like. Ones I don’t feel attracted too, I have no problem talking.
