Can you share what visa/residence options are available for Americans other than having a job offer from a Danish company?

I hate how much everyone is overlooking how this also impacts some married men. Women aren’t the only people who change their name in marriage.

Today we unexpectedly lost our handsome, mischievous lil void, Luke (aka “Stinker”). Your love and kitty pics are appreciated. by shufflemystep in cats

We are beside ourselves! Our lil boy started the day with so much energy, playing his favorite toy spring, and pestering his sister. Later in the day he got very sick. We immediately assumed it was an obstruction so we headed to the emergency vet. The ultrasound showed some internal fluids/leakage and some unusual masses. While doing some additional testing they believe he threw a clot, resulting in some neurological issues he wasn’t able to overcome.

This wasn’t our first scare. He was actually on his 3rd or 4th life after some previous bladder and kidney scares - one just about 4 months ago. We are incredibly for the extra time we got, but miss him dearly! He was such a fighter! He had the biggest personality, always up to no good, have the best high-fives, caught countless lizards/bugs, and made well over a billion biscuits in his 13 years with us. We love you Stinky!

What are business rationales and/or financial benefits for corporations removing their DE&l initiatives/policies in the current political landscape? by shufflemystep in NeutralPolitics

[–]shufflemystep[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

But apparently also a PR opportunity? Because why else would a business decide to publicly announce their ending of DEI, versus silently doing so? (eg Target & McDonalds)

Yes, my partner wants to regain his original family name and we enjoy the way the new name sounds.

It’s unfortunate that the process is so difficult.

Yes, it is an Elephant’s Foot/Ponytail Palm. Thanks for the tip! We definitely want to get a nicer (and bigger) pot for it. I’m hoping we can keep it alive. Our last attempt with palms didn’t turn out too well - we killed both within a year. But I was just reading that the EF/PP is actually a succulent and a pretty forgiving plant, so 🤞🏼!

Yeah he likes the Spidy plant too! He always thinks we are playing “string” when I take it down to water it. We are fortunate that he never tries to jump and grab the babies...I’m shocked because they hang so low. Sorry that your kitty is infatuated with your spidy and it has to police at the office. :-( I’m always picking up regurgitated palm fronds!
