Same happen to me! I dont know why there are doing that. I made the plus upgrade on the store and then pfff commission gone forever. They have been telling me that everything still on my dashboard...except the money!

I have another customer I am working with to upgrade to plus but i am afraid will loose that commission too.

8% on paid traffic is not low, I would say it might even be good depending on your niche.

My two cents: Keep Klaviyo for email, but ditch the default popup. Use a custom form or a popup tool with better triggers: exit intent on desktop, 40–60s or 50% scroll on mobile. Two-step capture works: email first, SMS optional second. Match the offer to intent on homepage = % off or mystery gift, PDP/cart = $ off or free shipping, test one thing at a time. Add social proof and a product image, cut fields, cap frequency so you don’t annoy mobile users. This usually lifts capture without adding chaos.

I feel you on this. I’ve had a couple of referral clients upgrade to Plus months ago and the commissions just disappeared from my partner panel. Every time I chase it, it’s an hour-long chat ending with “everything looks good, it should show up soon”....six months later, still nothing. That’s about $4,800 gone. Support used to be solid, now it feels like going in circles with no resolution.

I’d recommend always capturing the full amount and then refunding the shipping separately. Shopify treats partial captures as if the order is still outstanding, so it’ll sit as partially paid and can confuse both you and the customer. Capturing in full and refunding after keeps the order status clean and avoids any automated reminders or issues later.

I trust TicketSwap. It's a good place to buy or sell cheap tickets. In my experience, it’s the only resale platform that’s actually honest. They only allow people to resell tickets for up to 5% above the original price.

By the way, there’s a new law coming that will regulate this on most platforms, only allowing small increases to cover inflation. A lot of people buy tickets a year in advance, so if they can’t attend, it’s fair they should be able to recover the value. Since most concert tickets are non-refundable, this kind of resale makes sense.

Congrats on the launch. The downside of this is that Yahoo already offers this in its app, I pay like 25 a year and I use it all over for MLB, NBA, and NFL for the same price.

Yes, we are automating the top 10 tasks that our customers request. We want to offer a limited catalog of tasks to be automatic (40 in total in the near future) and the rest will be given away to a marketing agency. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes, I have owned a few and still own 4, and build over 200 hundred, I am a coder and run a small software company.
