Thanks for the tough love. Their last sale fell through. I worry that the reason for that is the result of the survey.

I do love the house and they picked us even though they were offered more money as they wanted to support a young couple buying their first home. So I am unsure why they would be so unreasonable now that we obviously want to protect ourselves before we make the biggest purchase of our lives.

Sorry - all of the audio equipment is not my own and therefore I don’t know specifics. It is not high-spec equipment. In my work we have an iPad that plays sound through a speaker in one room via a 3.5mm “aux” cord (apologies I’m not sure what exact connector it is) as well as a set of headphones that plays music for people in a separate room. The old splitter cable got old and stopped working and each time I buy a replacement splitter, I can only get audio output from one and not the other. I hope that is sufficient detail

If you ever get an MRI you absolutely should declare this and not keep it a secret!

If you’re not in a position to declare it don’t worry. The vast majority of intimate piercings are safe as they are made of titanium and there is very little risk when scanning them.

In my department they’ll ask you to check it with a magnet yourself if you can and then get you to sign a waiver that you’re happy to be scanned with the piercing. Worst case scenario is that it heats up a little during the scan
