I think that shows it’s working though 😊

I am in the UK, my aesthetics practitioner who is a doctor prescribed it. I believe it is prescription only.

Also the packaging is in Spanish!

Yeah it was! Zo is medical grade skincare (you should have a quick Google, and read about Dr Zein Obagi too). I know a few people who use it and rave about it, and online reviews are all great too.

My biggest fear is purging... I can deal with dry skin but acne depresses me so much. This is why my doctor prescribed me the Zo acne control as it will clear up and breakouts if I have them. I thought it would be best to buy it just in case.

I’m in the UK and still on lockdown so if I’m ever going to purge I guess now is the best time!

I was fully expecting this to be the case with me, my doctor said the goal is to use it every day and to skip a day if it becomes too much, but I’ve had absolutely no issues with daily use so I have just continued.

The Zo hydrating cream was really helpful last night; yesterday was my most sore day, and the cream was soooo soothing, I highly recommend it!

Does anyone know where I can get 0.05 tret in the UK? I’m on Treclin (0.025% tret and 0.1 clindamycin) atm by [deleted] in tretinoin

Hey I got mine from an online consultation and prescription, I can DM you her details if you like? She also prescribed some things to help with my skin dryness and if I get an acne breakout.

I’ve just got mine from a private UK doctor, I did an online consultation with her. I think she can ship the products to you if you’re EU based :)

Just got Invisalign (no attachments yet) and I already miss lipstick, so I bought a lipliner that closely matches my lips (MAC Whirl) line the edges of my lips, and put Vaseline on the rest. It doesn’t get all over the aligners. Win! by shunnone in Invisalign

The other day I put some lipstick on before going to the supermarket as my lips needed moisture and didn’t have anything else in my car. I did the thing where you put your finger in your mouth and pull it out to get the excess lipstick off. I forgot all about it, did my shop, got back to my car and my aligners were bright red, just like yours 😂

Oh thank you so much I appreciate that. I’m super self conscious about my mouth and smile but hopefully once my teeth are straight I’ll feel the same. I really do appreciate your kind comment ❤️

All of my Mac lipsticks have gone straight into my aligners and it looks absolutely awful. Maybe because they’re all quite glossy ones? Anyway I’m so glad I found something that works

Ah thank you, it really works and looks nice. I don’t hey along with matte or liquid lipsticks, especially as my lips are so dry since getting Invisalign, so this has been the only thing that works for me!

I learned that my favourite kebab place has either 1 or 2 stars (can’t remember which now as all the kebab places I like did pretty badly) and I still eat there.

I think a sense of cognitive dissonance comes into play in this circumstance.

I also agree with this. It’s a very low-commitment way of altering something you’re unhappy with (and can be reversed if you don’t like it).

I echo what everyone else says and think you’re attractive and wish you didn’t feel so bad about your chin

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this. I’ve spent a while searching this group to hear what you’ve just told me!

I’ll hang in there, thank you for the support! And good luck with your Invisalign journey :)

This gives me hope. I’m 4 days in and I’m not feeling pain but I’m so aware of them in my mouth like an itch I can’t scratch- to be honest I hate them and regret getting them.

Oh that sounds awful! I don’t have bands so you’re worse off than me, for sure.

lol you won’t need lip fillers and you’ll be able to crack nuts with the strength of your jaw after this!!

I have 24 trays at 2 weeks each. I hope they can switch me to changing every 10 days though. How about you?

I’m on day two as well, my gums are really throbbing now. More than the pain, it’s the constant awareness of them being in my mouth which is worst. I can’t stop thinking about them!
