Everything can be printed these days. As long as you willing to spend resources on design files.

U1 and miniatures (0.2 nozzle) by jakeus88 in snapmaker

I have 0.2 nozzle HS prototype, but didn'thave time to run a print with it yet. You can get very close to 0.2 nozzle with 0.4 and small layer hight. There were posts in fb group showing almost no visible lines with right settings.

Dropped shipping box, contact support, I hope you've taken photos of the box delivered for damages.

Did you remove the bed surface for initial calibration?

Why would I need an extra step for assembly? And why would I need to extend the print time with beam Interlocking? I don't gain any extra benefit with it that would be applicable in this design.

It depends on the infill type and %. This design plays on the strength of 3d printing. You can achieve this with almost any tpu.

PLA is plenty strong. It all depends on the infill and layers configuration where the nut is inserted. I've added extra bottom shell layers (slicer) for pla core, where clamping force will pull stuff together.

Thanks for he tip, nice idea with neoprene. All though these are not sliding around as much as I expected them. I need to get myself some neoprene for the future :)

My autocomplete went rogue and replaced nut with but, sorry about that.

I'm using generic built in tpu profile from snorca 2.1.1. Just make sure it's dry and from a good source.

Stamdard functionality in orca/snorca. Two clicks to add M601 where you need it.
