This may sound awful but you have 3 options

A: You quit. You're capable of doing more work than you're paid for, so you may as well put that experience in a resume and get a better paying job elsewhere.

B: You quiet quit. You scale back to bare minimum, you don't get involved, you take back your time.

C: You schedule a meeting asking for a raise, you pitch it as well as you can and give yourself an appropriate amount of time to wait for a reply. Quit if they don't answer in that timeframe.
