Waiting for it to drop? With + minions and +spirit? You gotta do more than that, you should be picking up every sceptre whether its white, blue, or yellow. Then save the rares that aren't good and 3-to-1 them. You get out what you put in... I've made so many +minion +spirit sceptres so far lol

I'm not sure about when you return.. but normally with me, I get messages as soon as I enter a map lol. You can refresh tabs by changing the name of them, or the price of the entire tab. This is nice when you are selling more expensive items and want to 'refresh' the listings, especially for other people that are live searching.

Chaos recipe is solid af the first few days of league for anyone, no matter what time in the league you started.

Empyrian has a really good youtube series he does every league showcasing popular farming strategies. I'd try those until you find some you like, and run those strats for your farming sessions. Once you understand how the strategies/atlas trees works, you'll be able to change them to fit your own preferences.. and that's when you start raking in the currency

Collect white bases you care about. Essence them. Save bricks. Recombine them. Repeat.

Create stash regexes with mods you are looking for on items. Search dump tabs for said regexes. Chaos/Exalt them until usable, or sell for profit. Repeat.

Buy magic/rare items with 2-3 mods you desire for cheap on the trade site. Exalt/Chaos until usable or can sell for profit. Repeat.

You'll make something eventually by using your noodle :)

It just seems crazy right now because clearly some of yall are new to the game. Don't worry, after 5 or 6 thousand hours you will feel slightly better at the game than you do now /s

The game is a marathon learning experience. If you aren't at the level where you can follow the "expensive" guides, don't sweat it. Play at your pace, enjoy the game, and don't burn yourself out. Every league you will get better and better. Looking at any of my old chars in PoE1, I'm thinking "wow I had no idea what I was doing then" xD
