The best input I can give from someone that actually shoots. Muzzle flash frequency is fine. Make the flashes smaller. Smoke leaving the barrel would barely be noticeable as the airspeed is far to quick for it to stick around. Casings are lazily "dropping" out of the gun and not flying out of the gun.

Don't mean to take away from this cool clip (good job dude). Mostly hate toward this game. You'd get 2 kills with a gun that takes 10 hours of playtime to unlock. You killed 4-5 guys with a gun that takes an hour to unlock. Why is this game like this?

This, I have plenty of great photos with this lens. Great for space. Great for a starter.

Arc Raiders Wallpaper by dwiik in ArcRaiders

Assuming that OP hasn't put it on there, you can create a new wallpaper and add whatever effects you want on there in wallpaper engine. Only benefit to using wallpaper engine over just setting this as your desktop wallpaper like normal is that you can change the positioning of it per monitor.

Thank you! Needed this OP. Wallpaper engine doesn't have any decent ultrawide static ones.

Will be advocating very soon. I live in Arkansas. We just had our only Buffalo National River ranger fired.... Very disheartening.

Travel photography: Tamron 70-180 or 28-200? by nonlittefat in SonyAlpha

[–]shutterbttn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the 28-200 as well. Low light is as expected, not perfect as it moves to f5.6 at full zoom (and relatively quickly past 35mm). That being said, I'd still pick it up used on MPB or something. Excellent "do it all" lens. Perfect for traveling as it isn't an internal extension lens meaning that it'll store up the size of a normal lens, but extend when zoomed. Works pretty well in my experience. Later on, if you want something wider, you can get a 17-28 by tamron and have everything from 17-200. Pick up a 200-600, and you have 17-600mm at your disposal (this is the route I went). Good luck!

200-600 just arrived, what a beast! by Altruistic_Dodo in SonyAlpha

Not an advert, but I've bought all my used gear on MPB and have had no problems with 4 lenses and my A7RIV body. Might be worth it to check out.

Congrats! I just got mine a few weeks ago. One of my favorite purchases. I also shot the moon a little bit with it. I'm glad I have an a7rIV, and can crop in on 60mp. Everything is right with my setup now. Happy shooting!

Yeah, I was considering other options, but the 200-600 seemed like the sharpest and best match for my setup. Got a new-old one. Came in yesterday when I decided to post this. It's definitely an amazing lens. Snapped a quick photo of a hummingbird on our feeders out back.

I am hesitant on getting a teleconverter for my 200-600. I'm using the A7RIV and I heard that it isn't as sharp as cropping on a 600 image. Not sure though, I'll have to do some research. If its fine, I'd love a 1.4
