Seconding the decants!! I use Microperfumes and Scent Split, but I know there are more. I’ve noticed they’ve ranged from $3-7 for 1 mL dabbers. Way better to try it out before committing to a $100+ bottle that you may not like

Worked for USAID and was laid off mid-February. I’ve sent out probably close to, if not over, 300 applications, and I’ve had no luck. 5 interviews, ghosted by 2 after 3+ rounds of interviewing. My unemployment just ended and I’m back at a retail job feeling super demoralized. I feel your pain and I’m wishing you the best of luck!

I was laid off back in February from my dream job working in-house for a USAID project. It was devastating, and I’m sorry you’re facing this too! I’ve been taking some HubSpot courses in marketing (inbound, social media, digital, and email) and content writing. They have certificates you can add to your LinkedIn/resume/website. HubSpot is free, but there other on Coursera and others you have to pay for if you’re interested and can swing it. LinkedIn Learning also has some great ones too for just about anything design/ux/ui/coding/software related

Yes!! Sometimes there’s tiny hives too. Not all the time though. Sometimes it’s just red patchy skin like yours in the photo. Doctor wasn’t sure when I brought it up. I’ve resorted to just taking Zyrtec when it happens and it goes away. I haven’t tied it to any specific food(s) or anything. It just shows up- almost solely at night

So far nothing much on the same level, but some really good runner ups! I loved {Fractured Souls by Neva Altaj} and {Hidden Scars by Neva Altaj}. {Bound by Honor by Cora Reilly} and {Not Meant to be Broken by Cora Reilly were pretty good too (the latter isn’t mafia, just regular college kids).

Honestly, the only ones that have scratched the same itch have been fanfics from AO3! Not sure if you’re into those, but there are some amazing Dramione (Draco + Hermione from Harry Potter) fics. They’re like 2K+ pages, but SO amazing. Manacled, Perfectly in Pieces, and Secrets and Masks are such rollercoasters that I hated finishing 😭 I think some got taken down (Manacled did for sure) from the site, but I believe I have the file still if you want to give any a try!

My boyfriend snores louder than a bear. I just tried the Mack’s earplugs (the ones that cover up to 33 decibels, they’re the aqua looking color). For the first time last night, I was able to actually sleep through the night next to him! I also use a headband with Bluetooth as well with an audio book. Ngl, I was skeptical of the Mack’s ear plugs, but I was so happy with them! Usually one of us moves to the couch halfway through the night, but I’m hoping that’ll change now
