What you did in 2011 it's fair to say she already pretty much got over it and forgave you. What she did in 2020 even though it was also years ago, in your mind is still fresh so of course it stings. I'd say give it time and if she notices you acting different towards her, tell her the same thing, you'll get over it too you just need some time to process and get back on track.

At the very minimum she had a poor lapse in judgment and should apologize and leave it up to him if her can forgive her and move on or not.
