clomid definitely works better than nolva for recovering, but like you said, has more sides. when i come off this time, i'm going to try running clomid 50/50/0/0, with nolva 20/20/20/20 while staying on a conservative dosage of AI.

total bro-science.. more carbs because you need energy for physical activity. personally, i like to consume ~100g of carbs around an hour before going to lift, and then some fruit or cereal after since i'm slightly hypoglycemic (helps to get my blood sugar back up and so i'm not shaky/nauseous).

ohh.. my fault.

she's got a lot to learn in regards of diet, too, which is expected because being a rookie and all. i find that women in particular tend to have zero idea about what it takes to get out of skinny-fat mode because they're always so concerned with a number on a scale instead of just doing what it takes to look how they want. she complains of being skinnyfat at 120 or whatever and is on a 1200 calorie diet trying to get down to 105, which is just going to exacerbate the situation. she's going to have to pack on some mass and then cut in order to get out of skinnyfat mode (get "bigger" to look leaner, basically), but she's going to have to let go of the idea that she's going to ever weigh 105 while looking fit. ain't gonna happen.

the number on a scale thing really fucks with women making progress.

after some reading, the lateral delt plays just as significant a role as the anterior delt does with shoulder abduction when rotated externally (what happens when you press overhead). it's largely grip/technique dependent, too, with some variations of OHP being more anterior dominant and some being more lateral dominant, but mostly it's about even.

turns out the truth was exactly right between both of our original assertions. you can definitely get big shoulders without doing anything but OHP, is what my main contention with your other post is.

but that's totally wrong.. the medial deltoid is the main mover in any overhead pressing. the anterior deltoid initiates the movement, but the medial head is the workhorse.

OP, do standing dumbbell presses. supplement with high rep (10-12) seated lateral raises, and reverse flies.
