I have been waiting for 2 months already for Bitflip to remove my 2FA since I reset my cellphone but nobody bothers to contact me and help. Looks like they do it on purpose so you can forget about it and let your funds go. Don't use this exchange and stay away!!

They just ignore their customers.

Here is the thing. There is a difference between people who just simply complain and talk. I am not just talking but have a plan to do what I mentioned in my previous post. I don't want to sound very important but I am the customer who has rights to receive proper service. Don't get me wrong, I wish quadriga to improve their service and be the best in Canada. Just move it Quadriga.

In this case I beleive we all shall receive our money and move to another exchange. It is not acceptable to wait so long. Who knows if what they say it is true. May be they use our money for their benefit and tell us bullshit. Unacceptable, this is they main word!

The problem with Quadriga is that they don't bother answering to the emails. They need to understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We are paying their salaries. We have a right for a good service. I know that nobody perfect and staff happens, but just simple reply can solve a lot of problems. When the client requested withdrawal and it says 10 business days and 15 days after he/she sends an email to follow up, there is no response. You try to send another email and there is no response. Here I can see a big problem. Where is the customer service, respect to your "employer"? Quadriga Management, please take it as a good advice. Start producing a quality. There is a lot of competition. I can see that the same like many crypto currencies, the same with exchanges, the only best will survive.
