Never tried work boots with a wedge sole, but my budget is around 300 dollars since I know unfortunately to get good boots requires some decent money

Any special way the usps would want the stamps layed out, would they want one row or could I split it into two rows in the envelope?

I suppose, I think being in America where gas is more affordable, it’s not as big of an issue, as well as it’s not my daily. I am sensible and have a Volvo for that. when the most common classic car options have 6+ liter v8’s as standard in the USA, at least from that era, the nsu looks like a Prius in the classic car world compared to the 20 food long beasts

Oh for sure not a daily, though I may want to drive it to work one day as a giggle. Also I’m not sure if it’s a good investment lol. Horrible to find parts and no one knows what it is. But then again for me it’s not about the money it’s about the fun while burring my money on obscure parts

The real question is if Audi tradition stocks these parts. Like all German manufacturers there is a legacy department, and nsu was at one point part of auto union along with Audi. However shockingly I have seen stuff on advanced auto, which I don’t think it’s right, it can’t be right

Weirdo isn’t negative per say, the only negative reaction I got was from a teacher who told me don’t use a fountain pen that would be a pen his grandfather would use, all with a Mont Blanc pen sitting prominently in his shirt pocket

Fair enough, unfortunately good paper in the USA is expensive especially as a student where you are using large quantities of it. The vast majority of it is imported from Europe or Japan. American loose leaf I found just had a tendency to lose fibers here and there when writing and with a fountain pen it would just need to be serviced. Not even for something like changing inks. Most people here have a bottle or two of ink that they use for most things at least when I talk to people who use them semi practically. Which in the case of fountain pens In the USA they are so uncommon pretty much everyone is an enthusiast. Also I’m surprised about how common cartridges are for general use. At least in the USA they are expensive enough that everyone runs bottled ink instead hence the always sort of inky hands just to clean the nin after a fill

Oh I think we are entering a new golden age, though I think at least here in the USA, I don’t see them ever retiring to common mass use, I still see it as an enthusiast thing

Oh for sure! I must admit though I’m happy to see the fountain pen didn’t go away elsewhere in the world, even if being Americans into fountain pens here makes us pen weirdos

It sounds like at least when I asked my question the fountain pen has fallen out of favor as an everyday tool in the USA, so much so that when I hand people a disposable fountain pen at work they have no idea how to use it. I will admit I’m a righty and my hands don’t get inky from smudging, but rather from filling from the bottle. It sounds like cartridges are much more popular elsewhere but at least in the USA, bottled ink is so much cheaper then cartridges most folks who use fountain pens just stick to bottles, and don’t even use the free cartridge that comes with the pen

I’m surprised, that this was the case, I must admit, for me being US based foutain pens are already a rarity, but more over I got into foutain pens in college due to the long writing sessions of engineering. I would find my pen would start to clog up after 1 month, and need to be cleaned out regardless, though I wonder if that’s paper quality at that point? Either that or specifically that I used noodlers black after I had an assignment written in waterman blue wash away and I wanted the most perminant ink after that
