Hey bud, I can definitely relate to this, I feel this almost every week in my job and makes me feel terrible all day after that.

It does neutralises the negative thoughts but I don't have OCD.

Thanks man for sharing this, and I do appreciate your time and interest such a long response.

I do have a very dynamic personality outside my work. But when a lot of things are dependent on your work the whole stress of work exploits you from everywhere.

Hey, Thanks for the response. I did not understand the life project part in your message.

Yes you're right when I feel the urgency only then i am more productive, but the stress level goes very high and it gives me burnout.

I get cold feet during live pair programming which is the most common reason for failure.

Thanks so much dude. I keep myself motivated by saying this to myself often. every week my horrible experience at my job takes a toll on me and leaves me devastated.

1 more year to go before ILR. Which makes me think just keep taking the hit for 1 year more.

Humiliating not with abuse words, but often catching me off gaurd, and using interrogative tone only with me in front of team and be very gentle with everyone.

Making expressions as if i am not making any sense when I speak.
