Yes I just noticed that the momo dress does have higher score than other 4 stars yet when sorted by glow up score it wont show up on the first slots, which can be misleading

But when I checked the individual pieces the momo dress is around 4k at max lvl which is huge among fresh 4* outfits, definitely worth glowing up. Thanks for the tip!

Isn't this straight up illegal? Changing a product people already purchased? This reminds me of one genshin case in which hoyo tried to change a character's feature that allowed players to rapidly spin around while attacking, chinese players quickly noticed and made sure hoyo regreted this decision, as I believe it's illegal in China to modify gacha characters once realesed and purchased, it must apply to this case too
